Servicing Specialist
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and who is committed to providing an excellent client experience. This candidate will also have a positive attitude, be team oriented, and understand the importance of 100% accountability. The Client Services/Servicing Specialist will be pro-active and follow through with client requests in a timely manner. Time management and the ability to appropriately prioritize is important.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Helping current families continually deepen their relationship with the firm through regular contact
- Scheduling current families for Annual Financial Reviews
- Manage and maintain current client accounts, such as reallocation transactions, address changes, distributions
- Process and track service requests
- Follow the developed company systems and processes
- Client meeting preparation
- Weekly team meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 2 + years of financial services experience with an emphasis in customer service
· Utah Life and Health Licensed required
· Series 65 preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and have an understanding of Mac IOS
· Experience CRM preferred, but not required
*This position starts at a base salary of $40,000/year with possible quarterly bonuses.
